What is Luma?We're big fans of Luma, they have a slick UI/UX for the guests as well as event managers.
They allow for in-person and virtual seamlessly, and most importantly, their API is robust (we've been able to integrate it with a myriad of CRMs & other tools).
Team is also super accessible. Gave them product feedback on their API via site chat, and within 48 hours they actually rolled out an update to their API (this never happens)!
People don't consider API functionality enough, if you're a team using it, that should be of top 3 importance.
