Editor's Verdict
Editor's VerdictIf you want to consolidate tasks from a ton of different tools into one place and then manually time block them on your calendar, Akiflow is the clear pick. Its whole design is about pulling tasks from everywhere (Slack, Asana, Gmail, Monday, and more) into one inbox so you don't lose track, then letting you drag and drop to plan your day. You get a lot of control, but you do have to do the planning yourself, so it works best if you like hands-on organization and don't mind sorting things out daily.
Amie used to have calendar and to-do features, but now it's focused on AI notetaking and meeting recording. If you're after centralized task management and time blocking, Amie just isn't built for that anymore.
So if your priority is task consolidation and manual daily planning across lots of tools, go with Akiflow. Amie won't get you there.
