As somebody who has worked in sales and marketing there's nothing better than seeing those worlds collide in your CRM.
Your sales reps can get more valuable information in terms of which leads are engaged before you've even personally reached out as a person so using Outfunnel which is the software that deeply integrates withCopper when it comes to email sequences.
If you have that set up on your account then you will get this data so if you're on the business tier with Copper i believe that's already included however if you don't have the business here you could always go to outfunnel.com and set it up so they connect and talk to each other.
This is what we recommend that you send all of your automated emails with and I'll show you why. So as a salesperson just imagine I wake up in the morning and i come to my lead section and i can see one thing right away right here which is the lead score so i'm seeing out of my leads who is most engaged and in this case it's Andra it's me because this is a demo account.
A lead score will increase any time an email is opened it's clicked or somebody replies to your email so right at glance i can sort through using this nifty little filter um and i can see that i'm right at the top and i'm going to click into andra let's pretend it's not me and you get all this really really cool data so from our automated emails you can see that andra went to my website and this is how when she went on my website and this is how long she spent on each page of my website which was really interesting.
You can see every time that this lead clicked on my email and that means that say this email was sent out a month ago and then they came back and clicked on my email again then i know that they're engaging with the information that i've sent over which could potentially mean that they're thinking about um us and then of course you've got your opens in here as well and that that the email campaigns were sent so that is a notification for my next meeting hope this helps!
Curious what top SaaS companies are using the software stack mentioned in the video above? We've put together a list (and even tracked the software they used to use)!
