We run an automation business and here's everything that we automate in our business part two:
So this workflow starts with Help Scout which is our chosen help desk and when someone writes us a support ticket it automatically creates a task in Asana which is a project management tool.
We can click on it we open up the task and then from the task that has all of our details we can click this nifty little timer which is integrated with Harvest which is our time tracking app.
From here we can track our time against each different customer and then once we're all done we can go back to our help desk (which is Help Scout) to then mark the support ticket as closed.
That automatically marks the task in Asana as complete, otherwise without integration we'd be overwhelmed — but this workflow makes it much more pleasant.
Companies that use our integrations report saving 25-300+ hours per month in addition to $90k-$120k per year on operational / administrative salaries.
