These are the five business tools that we can't live without! 

1. Copper is our CRM and it is at the heart of our business it's where we store our leads the people and the companies we interact with and where we map all of our business processes to the different pipelines available 
2. Help Scout is our help desk. It just helps us stay organized internally when speaking to our customers and doesn't make our customers feel like they're just a support ticket number 
3. Harvest is what we use to track our time here's an example of how I'm tracking my time for recording this video then we have 
4. Clean shot. Clean shot is great for taking screenshots sharing them with our customers and also recording our screen this video behind me was recorded with clean shot 
5. Last but not least we have motion it's our project management tool and it's really keeps us organized in terms of putting everything on our calendar here I'm putting the task of building an integration straight on my calendar
