On this episode of Analysis Paralysis, I am talking to David Zisner. He was an electrical engineer that worked at Intel for 15 years doing assembly line automations. He is now consulting and doing automation for small to medium size businesses.
We talk about how it's important to focus and specialize on specific software solutions, in his case, the CRM Pipedrive, versus being a jack of all traits. We even finish off the call discussing chat bots, AI, and some of the crazy things Google is doing to push the industry forward and some of the backlash that has come from Google Duplex announced at Google I/O 2018.
