So this tool works really great for someone who is already manually sending out emails through an opportunity pipeline. With this tool in place, all you need to do is continue just moving them through the pipeline as you typically would, but now they're getting the correct correspondence at the time that it's intended.

You don't even need to go in and configure things unless you really need to tweak some of the email copy and you do have an area in which you can do that but some of our clients have literally set up when we started out and they haven't touched it since and it's been running for a year now working great.
