“There has been tremendous pressure on me personally to try and manually manage all the business processes myself. When you showed what is possible with automation it was emotionally pretty overwhelming. To think that this could be done with a piece of software was beyond my reality.
For the first time, I could see how much time in human capital this would save our staff by automating some of our systems. I could see that it would also remove tremendous stress from trying to manage the whole process and also the possibility of reducing the human error aspect too.
