Can I use this tool for cold outreach?
We don't recommend it as it can result in your email being blacklisted. We recommend using our tool for warm follow-up with your sales prospects or for your onboarding pipeline.
Why is there a setup fee?
Our tool is an integration as a service (IaaS) product, meaning that we set up the custom integration with your Copper account and pipeline stages. This means you don't need to spend the time trying to figure out any technicalities as we do it for you, and all you need to do is plug in your email templates.
How do I edit my email templates?
We send you a management area where you'll manage your email templates and sequencing functionality.
