How does Efficent App work?

How long does set-up take?

48 hours (M-F) from when the initial set up fee is paid. Once our team sets up your integration, we'll show you exactly how to use our interface so you can easily manage your emails in the future.

Can I use this tool for cold outreach?

We don't recommend it as it can result in your email being blacklisted. We recommend using our tool for warm follow-up with your sales prospects or for your onboarding pipeline.

Why is there a setup fee?

Our tool is an integration as a service (IaaS) product, meaning that we set up the custom integration with your Copper account and pipeline stages. This means you don't need to spend the time trying to figure out any technicalities as we do it for you, and all you need to do is plug in your email templates.

How do I edit my email templates?

We send you a management area where you'll manage your email templates and sequencing functionality.

Why use Efficient App over Zapier or Integromat?

Zapier/Integromat are great platforms if you want to build out your own automations from scratch. Efficient App is best for business owners who want built-in and ready to use solutions, and don’t want to waste time with technical setup.
