Superhuman is a premium email product and they will never do a lifetime deal ever. Typically an email client will do a lifetime deal when first starting to lock in some loyalty, but Superhuman has existed for nearly a decade now, have received plenty of funding (hundreds of millions), and they aren't at the stage that they would ever offer a lifetime deal.
Superhuman, like most other software, offers the same annual discount codes a competing email client might offer (17% off) if you go annual pricing. They do not have any other promo codes that actually discount the price of Superhuman, only promo codes to extend the free trial from a 14–day free trial to 30–day free trial.
Superhuman doesn't do any Black Friday or Cyber Monday deals as they don't want people to wait to sign up for Superhuman.
They very occasionally do an extended 60–day free trial instead of 30–day free trial, but we've only seen them do this once in the past 7 years, and it was only for a single month back in 2023. The best part of it is that our discount code actually also got upgraded during that time, so if you used the same link on this page, you'd have gotten the longer free-trial.
If you're considering using Superhuman though, there's no reason to wait as you're not likely to see any better discount codes than this.
Any other coupon site that is saying there are 45% discount codes available is literally just referencing the native discount that Superhuman natively offers if you get 5+ seats on an annual plan.
They are just trying to be deceptive and are not actually supplying anything. They will also tell you to enter a promo code, but there is no promo code field at checkout, so it's a complete lie. The only way to actually claim a discount is the extended 30–day free trial that gets automatically applied when you visit Superhuman via this discount link (it will automatically be applied at checkout).

People have reported that Superhuman does have nonprofit and education pricing as low as $10–15/user/mo, that said, you'd have to reach out to their support team to ask for more details ([email protected]).
