Calendly is a good scheduling tool especially for non-technical users. The best thing it has going for it is native integrations and connections with tools like Outfunnel.

There has been many more modern solutions in the market, even with Google Calendar recently adding a free basic scheduler tool.

If you're looking for the most robust and modern scheduler on the market though, you'd be better off with Motion which also brings with it additional task time blocking tools and priority scheduling.

While we don't recommend other schedulers like Vimcal, if you were to pay for a scheduling tool, we'd recommend even that over Calendly. Unless you're looking for some out-of-the-box integrations and a solid API. In that case, Calendly shines.

Another area where you might want to use Calendly is if you want to require payment before allowing to schedule. More niche features like that exist with Calendly over others.
