If uptime is something that you take seriously (as you should), they even have functionality that will attempt messaging you though whatever channel you'd like (even via phone call), and if you don't acknowledge it within a pre-set timeframe, you can have it automatically alert others on your team.
What we find is that many of these uptime monitoring tools on the market are great in theory, but actually getting your team alerted, and then easily taking action to alert your customers is where most fall apart. Even the super expensive options on the market like Statuspage by Atlassian.
Better Stack is free to get started with, we even use it for this site for free (status.efficient.app)! If you want a status page customers can visit or if you want to enable the ability for customers to subscribe to status updates though, you're going to be spending a bit per month. That said, price is comparable to the other main solutions on the market.
