The concept around the software is a good idea in theory: the only tool you need for your SMB. That said, you can tell most of the "features" that they built are often half-baked just to check the box, and the entire UI/UX feels like it's out of the 2000's, with AI tacked on just so they can say they "use AI".
That's where we're way more bullish on Motion to actually build the all-in-one SMB workspace, as they're building way more purposefully, with AI built-in at the core. The user experience between the two software are night and day.
We'd highly recommend giving Motion a shot, and using a light-weight solution for CRM and Website Builder, until Motion inevitably builds this directly into the product in the months to come. If you're an SMB, you'll certainly be happy you went this route over the GoHighLevel path.

So if you and your team are used to spending a lot of time planning deadlines, and rearranging your "My Task" view in the existing tools on the market, Motion flips this on it's head with the use of AI. Compared to the best daily planner apps on the market like Sunsama and Akiflow, Motion is the only daily planner we've seen that actually leverages AI to plan your day for you. With all of the other apps in the category, you need to manually drag in tasks to time block and plan each day. This is an incredibly time consuming process, that some justify as being "more mindful", but once you actually have AI schedule your day for you, you realize how much time is actually wasted "mindfully planning your day".
At its core, Motion is a project management tool. That's the backbone. But they have AI Employees that pull context from your tasks, projects, AI notes, and meeting notes. The more you put in, the smarter it gets.

Compared to the best calendar schedulers on the market like Calendly and Chili Piper, Motion bakes in the core functionality of these tools, with the added visibility of team tasks and urgent deadlines, actually booking off availability for you and your team if high priority work needs to get done by a quickly approaching deadline.

We'll get right to it: Avoid GoHighLevel at all costs.
GoHighLevel is essentially a software MLM. You have people that are trying to start businesses or agencies looking for an additional revenue stream, so they purchase GoHighLevel and re-sell it to their customers. So you have these layers on top of layers on top of layers that are selling GoHighLevel.
This is further messed up because you are purchasing a sub license to someone else's GoHighLevel account. Which means you're forever tied to the person who sold it to you, that is also charging you a premium for it. What if they decide to cancel their main GoHighLevel subscription? Or their payment lapses? Well that impacts you, since you sit under them in the purchasing pyramid.
Oh, not to mention you don't own any of your data either. If you want to truly run a business who a good software foundation, do not sign up for GoHighLevel.
