This was our first aha moment.
When you start using Wonderly, the first thing that it does is build you a website. If you already have one, it will use information from the existing site as the foundation. If you don't have one, it will create one based on what typically works in your industry.
Now, if you don't want a new website, that's okay, keep your existing one. But if Wonderly is going to run ads on your behalf, they want to use the best landing page that they know will capture leads successfully. Because of that, any ads that are run via Wonderly will be directed to the landing page they create.
When we tried this, we setup a website for Alex's stepdad's construction business. He had already paid around $4K the year before for a professionally designed website. So this wasn't an ancient, neglected website that any AI tool could beat.
Wonderly makes sure your website is designed to speak directly to your customer.
And still, the Wonderly version looked better. More than that, it focused on the things customers actually care about when hiring a contractor: realistic timelines, trust, and not being stuck in a construction zone forever. It generated some AI images, some which worked, others which we'd swap out just before going live if it was our business, but these were minor tweaks relative to everything.
As a small business owner, you shouldn't be writing your own website copy, it's an entire skill to master (just like I should not be replacing my own roof!).
Wonderly is built by a team of incredible marketers that have thousands of hours of experience creating the best websites that lead to sales so that's what you get by using Wonderly.
