What is Wonderly?

Wonderly helps ambitious remodeling businesses grow to millions of dollars more in annual revenue. With Wonderly, you don't just get software. You get a team of growth marketers, engineers and customer operations staff, backed by Wonderly's AI software.

While we don't run a remodeling business ourself, Alex's (Efficient App CEO) step-father did for 40+ years. Growing up, Alex helped his step-father manage all aspects of his home remodeling business: setting up software, running marketing campaigns, building his website. The details:

Wonderly creates great ads. You tell Wonderly which jobs you want (kitchens, bathrooms, whole home, ADUs, etc). Wonderly makes the ads and pays to reach homeowners in your area.
Wonderly qualifies the fit. A real person makes the first call to each lead, asking about the project, location, budget and timeline, then books the home visit. You arrive knowing what the homeowner has in mind.
You visit and quote the job. You meet the homeowner, talk through the project, and quote the work. You set the price and make the commitments.
Wonderly keeps it moving until the quote is signed. When a homeowner goes quiet after a quote, Wonderly's team reaches out, asks what's holding up the decision, and brings their questions back to you. If a homeowner doesn't pick up after a few attempts, you can opt in to have Wonderly's AI receptionist follow up.

We tested Wonderly by setting it up for Alex (Efficient App's CEO) stepdad's construction business.

His step-dad had paid around $4K for a designer-built website the year before, and the website that Wonderly made was significantly better.

No offense to Alex's step-dad, but he's not a marketer. He focused on what he thought his clients cared about, but Wonderly has a team of experienced marketers that know what converts leads. So the copy-writing and images was just so much better.

Meta Ads

Wonderly pays for ads to your new landing page, and starts sending leads to your Wonderly app.

Receptionist

When a lead fills out a form, a real person from Wonderly's team makes the first call to ask about the project details like location, budget, timeline, and then books a home visit for you.

If your lead goes quite after a quote, Wonderly's team will read out on your behalf to follow-up.

If the lead doesn't pick up, or goes quite, you can opt in to have Wonderly's AI receptionist to continue to follow up.

Quotes & Proposals

You can create and send quotes and proposals from within the Wonderly app. You do not need to use any additional software.

Wonderly's software also helps your team keep appointments and jobs on track.

Pricing

Wonderly works on revenue share: you pay only a % of the revenue Wonderly generates.

Wonderly earns an agreed percentage of the jobs you win from its leads. For example, at a 10% share, a remodeler closing three $50,000 jobs a month would pay Wonderly $15,000 and keep $135,000.

You do not need to pay for ad spend, marketing, or the Wonderly app software. AI tools and setup are included.
