We Got Fooled, Our Fave Bank + Expensing Our Trip

Hello! Just got back from spending 2 weeks in Netherlands + London. It was awesome but a lot of things went wrong.

Alex got sick. Then we got to London and our Airbnb was...underwhelming. FYI: AI-enhanced Airbnb photos are now officially a thing so beware!! Then we found MOLD. So we gave up, got a refund, and walked into awesome hotel and asked them for a room. Then things started to get a lot better.

Till our flight home. Because that was cancelled. People say "oh! not so bad! another free night in London!" But that's not the reality. It just turned a 10 hour flight into 48 hours of travel logistics 💀

ANYWAY, I won't bore you with the good parts of our trip because it's always more fun to hear about what went wrong, right? Or is that just me?

🤖 AI is definitely making it harder than ever to create content. We're continually seeing AI talking like us, referencing our materials, all while giving us the most tiny citation possible. For now, Google seems to like our website, our traffic is increasing, so we're gonna just continue on as we've been. Alex wrote about it more in this post.

✈️ We experienced Starlink on the airplane for the first time, and wowowow. It was fantastic, we plan on only trying to book flights with Starlink moving forward!
